like you can still access them from russia just fine unless roskomnadzor blocks that shit themselves, it's the media companies who are the real problem here, because its considered commercial and has dumb country specific contracts and agreements over IP, even though youtube is arguably doing just as prohibited economic activities in russia. i mean perhaps not but if the IP is restricted surely these tech companies fall under a similar category
