Question about blocking Google Gemini

outside of Robot.txt which is hardly a block. Is there anything else people with websites can do to tell Google Gemini to pound sand outside of making the navigation of your site incredibly cryptic?

@getimiskon You see I don't trust Google respecting robot.txt. Because you are asking me to trust a company that tells people to use Incognito mode in Google Chrome but spies on them anyway. Oh sure AI will respect the boundaries of robots.txt , right ? *winkey face*.

@S-Config well, they have to, but technically it's possible to not respect that. The thing is that it's different when you use their software. And to be clear, i don't expect google, or any AI grifter to respect any website's robots.txt. If they do, good for them. Until things change for the better, i'll continue adding lines (and middle fingers) on my robots.txt file.

@getimiskon I've been doing a lot of that in mine. just wondering if there's HTTP heders or even a plugin to apache/nginx to make it more blatent where the AI user agent comes in.. they get and enjoy nothing.
