@catsalad As a side note, I found out the hard way that apparently if there is *ANY* problem with your account, it royally screws your OS too. In my case I logged into my account on Minecraft on my Switch and suddenly it put a ban on my account. Then I couldn't even log into my computer! All stuff encrypted to that account was lost. I spent days and days trying to get to a human to talk to about whatever the heck was going on, but there is nothing but automated systems. Once it puts a hold like that on your account, you must give them your private cell number (assuming you have one -- if you don't you're screwed) to text a verification code so they have your cell number (which is kind of like a SSN in this day and age. People really need to give it out less!) You can't email or chat
